THE WALL is a social entertainment platform where users decide which brands, products, apps, technologies, games, services, trends and internet concepts deserve a spot in the 🔥 Hall of Fame or the 💀 Hall of Shame.

Every result on THE WALL represents the aggregated opinion of THE WALL's own users — nothing more. Rankings are not factual claims, endorsements, or affiliations with the entities shown.

How ranking works

• Every vote is either Fame or Shame. Net Score = Fame votes − Shame votes.
• Fame is Net Score above zero, Shame is Net Score below zero, and Neutral is exactly zero.
• Each user can hold exactly one opinion — Fame or Shame — per entity, per Season.
• Signed-in users get 3 vote actions per day. A visitor gets 1 free vote before signing in.
• Changing your mind (Fame → Shame or vice versa) uses one of your daily actions.

Battles

Battles are head-to-head votes between two entities, completely independent from Fame/Shame. A Battle result never changes Fame, Shame, or Net Score — and standing in the Fame/Shame ranking never decides who gets picked for a Battle.

Seasons

THE WALL runs 12 Seasons a year, one per calendar month. Fame and Shame counts reset to zero at the start of each Season — every past Season is preserved in the Seasons Archive, and All-Time stats track every entity's full history. Content can still be archived, hidden, or moderated at any time for legal, integrity, or moderation reasons — see the Community Guidelines.

Money never buys votes

Money never buys votes, never changes Fame or Shame counts, and never changes Net Score, the organic ranking, or any Battle result. THE WALL may be funded through sponsored visibility — like the Golden Frame — and other monetization features, always clearly labeled as Sponsored, and always limited to visibility, never influence over voting or rankings.

There are no prizes, no betting, and no financial return for voting. Voting is, and will always be, free.
